Our approach in our Nursery is to:
- provide suitable learning challenges
- respond to the children's different learning needs
- create a safe, friendly and homely atmosphere
- cause smiles on our children's faces!!!
Houses
Our Nursery has a House system. There are three houses: Gagarin (blue), Nobel (red) and Einstein (green).
All children are put into a house on entering the school. House points are given to individual children for good behaviour, helpfulness and good work. Any member of the teaching staff may give these.
The house totals from the Nursery are collected every two weeks and the winning child is awarded a trophy at assembly. During team races on Sports Day the children also collect house points.
